  I have this book. Picked it up in Berkeley from this little tiny hole-in-the-wall bookshop on telegraph downstairs from the music store that has a nice upright acoustic bass. Because I used it to keep all my acid tabs in, the first page of the chapter "Over the Mushroom and under the rainbow" or something, first page after all the pictures, is currently psychoactive.
